CQI certified Q Arabica Grader and Q Processing Professional. Holding a master's degree on Food Innovation & Product Design (EU Erasmus Mundus Program) and on Coffee Economics & Science (University of Trieste), CC is now in charge of CQI's projects in China. After graduated as the first Chinese coffee master, CC began heavily involved in Yunnan Coffee Industry and has been invited by different event organizers to present on Yunnan Coffee, including the IWCA Breakfast in Seattle (2018), the Greater China Coffee Elite Forum in Qingdao and Shanghai (2018), etc. Her articles about Yunnan Coffee was published in Global Coffee Report and C³Magazine. Being a shutterbug, CC's photos have been used by different coffee companies, cafes and magazines. Two of her photos entered the final round (Top 10) of the ICO International Coffee Day 2018 Photo Competition. She also translated the famous work by Ted Lingle - Coffee Cuppers Handbook.
